Who this policy covers

This policy applies to loanmanguy.com (“the Site”), operated by Jason Andrews (“LoanManGuy”), a mortgage broker with Coast 2 Coast Mortgage, 10715 Sikes Pl, Charlotte, NC 28277. It covers visitors to the Site and anyone who contacts me through it.

The Site does not take loan applications. If you apply, that happens on a separate secure application portal, which carries its own federally required privacy disclosures (including a Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act notice) — see Loan applications below.

What I collect

What you give me

The contact form on this Site asks for exactly this, and nothing more:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• What you're trying to do (buy, refinance, home equity, build, invest, or just a question)
• The city or market you're looking in, and your rough timeline
• Anything you choose to write in the notes box
• Whether you agreed to receive text messages (a checkbox that is yours to leave blank)

No Social Security number, no bank details, no credit pull. If you call, text or email me directly, I keep those communications like any other business would.

What's collected automatically

Like most websites: IP address and approximate location, device and browser type, and which pages you visited. The Site may use an analytics service (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use it — those tools see traffic patterns, not your form answers.

What I do with it

• Answer your question or follow up on your inquiry — that's the whole point
• Prepare quotes and talk through loan options with you
• Text you, only if you checked the box — reply STOP at any time and it stops
• Understand what content on the Site is useful, so it gets better
• Meet the legal and licensing obligations that come with being a licensed originator

Who ever sees it

I do not sell your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to “marketing partners.” A form you send here goes to me.

Beyond that, information is shared only with:

• Coast 2 Coast Mortgage (NMLS #376205), the brokerage I originate through, when you move forward with a loan
• Service providers that make the Site run — website hosting and the system that delivers your form message to me. They process it; they have no right to use it for anything else.
• Lenders, once you ask me to shop your scenario — that's what a broker does, and it happens with you in the loop
• Regulators, or anyone the law compels — subpoenas and licensing audits are not optional

Your mobile number stays here. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent, and the fact of that consent, are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data is not sold, rented or traded — to anyone, for any reason.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the consent box on the form, Jason Andrews may text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of getting a quote, an answer, or a loan.

Loan applications

When you apply, you do it on Coast 2 Coast Mortgage's secure online application portal — a separate system built for handling sensitive financial information (Social Security number, income documentation, assets). That information is governed by federal financial-privacy law (GLBA) and the portal's own privacy notice, which you'll see there. This Site never asks for it and never stores it.

Cookies

The Site uses at most the small, boring kind: analytics cookies that count visits and remember nothing personal. No cross-site ad tracking pixels, no retargeting wall following you around the internet. Your browser's settings can block cookies entirely and the Site will still work.

How it's protected

The Site is served over HTTPS, form submissions travel encrypted, and the systems that receive them are access-controlled. No one can honestly promise perfect security, but the sensitive part of the mortgage process deliberately lives on the secure application portal, not here.

Your rights

Ask me what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it — [email protected] or (704) 287-8746 both work, and the answer comes from me, not a request queue. Some records I'm required to keep under mortgage licensing and federal law; I'll tell you if that applies. If your state gives you additional privacy rights (several I'm licensed in do), those rights apply and the same contact handles them.

Children

This Site is about mortgages and is not directed at anyone under 18. I don't knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child submitted the form, contact me and it gets deleted.

Links to other places

The Site links out — to the application portal, NMLS Consumer Access, YouTube, the MortgageU community on Skool, and others. Each of those has its own privacy policy, and this one stops at the edge of this Site.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. A material change in how your information is handled won't be applied to information collected under the old policy without telling you.
